Am very pleased with the labels and they arrived very quickly. The first lot didn't arrive as soon as expected, so rang these people and they promptly sent me another set absolutely free, and they arrived almost next day, followed by by the original ones that had got delayed in post. Very helpful and friendly customer services. Would recommend.

Fantastic product and service
Having bought iron on labels from another company and they fell off after the first wash I began researching sew on ones. I cannot fault the choice (my daughter is thrilled with her name in pink and the cat motif) and at an incredibly reasonable price! The labels arrived within two days of placing the order. Amazing! Thank-you!

Incredibly speedy service!
I was amazed at how quickly my labels arrived. I ordered them on a Monday morning and they arrived in Tuesday morning's post....less than 24 hours later! I am so pleased as I'd left it rather late to order these before the start of the new school term! Thank you - I will definitely use this company again...and would recommend to others.

Excellent service, ordered several items on Monday arrived on Wednesday. Lovely soft Tshirts, the bag was a much better size than I expected. All in all very pleased. I would say, it would be useful if the Tshirts had some measurements on the website, the sizing is quite large. Hopefully they will last 2years!

Good customer service when it counts!
I have to be honest, I cocked up when ordering. I use a thing called '1password' which remembers my details. It submit my address details into forms and when ordering from this firm, it missed out the house name. The order didn't arrive and the firm sent another batch, which didn't arrive. We established it was an address issue and they kindly sent me third pack. It has now safely arrived. The customer service was prompt, friendly and efficient and I think they went the extra mile for their customers. I would recommend them for this. Thanks!
