How long will my order take to be delivered?

This depends on the product(s) you order and delivery option. Please see the “Delivery Information” page for more information.

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

From the expected despatch date, you should receive your order within 2 working days by Royal Mail. This is an estimate, and occasionally orders can be delayed by up to a few days. If you are concerned about the length of time your order has taken, please get in touch by phone or email.

I was placing an order but the website wouldn’t accept my credit/debit card, what can I do?

Occasionally customers experience a time-out when processing an order or payment. We can usually recover the order details (minus payment information) and complete the transaction by phone. Please call us on 0333 222 6619 to process your order.

How good are the iron-on labels? Can I wash them on a boil?

We pride ourselves in providing quality products, and thoroughly test all iron on labels regularly to ensure quality. We guarantee that once applied correctly the labels will last for the life of the garment, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues that arise.

What’s better, sew-on or iron-on?

It is down to personal choice; they are similar in price and lead time. Woven Sew-on name tapes look fantastic; Iron-on labels are great if you don’t have time to sew.

Is there a maximum amount of letters I can put on a label?

The maximum varies depending on the product – the website will not let you go over the maximum.

Can I use foreign symbols, accents etc.?

Yes, we can weave/print all foreign accents.
