I'd left my order very late this year and, given the delivery estimate on your website, had resigned myself to spending the first night of the new term affixing labels to uniform and bags. I needn't have worried, however, since my labels were posted on the day of my order (yesterday!) and I have just received them via Royal Mail. Considering these are personalised items, I thought your delivery estimate of between 3 and 4 working days was a quick turnaround. So, to receive next-day free delivery instead is truly 'above and beyond'.
