Rectangle woven badges give a clean, modern look that’s perfect for text-heavy designs, logos with straight borders, or any artwork you want to frame neatly. Woven with up to 8 colours, they offer sharp, high-resolution detail and long-lasting durability for your apparel products.

Made in our family run, solar-powered West Wales factory from recycled polyester, these badges combine UK-made craftsmanship with a sustainable approach. Choose an overlocked edge for a rugged patch style, or a clean cut for a sleeker finish.

Minimum order is just 25pcs, with standard sizes available to order here, or you can contact us for a fully bespoke option.

The dispatch time for your order will depend on the products you order and the delivery service you choose. We offer Standard (£2.50) and Express (£4.50) delivery options on all products and Next Day Delivery (£15.00) on Selected Products, depending on how quickly you need your order. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Your Quote

Once you're satisfied with your quote, we can produce a sample for approval; designing, weaving and finishing your sample typically take 3-5 working days and it can be sent by email as well in the post. For samples we charge £30 which is then deducted from the final price of the order upon approval (for orders of 500 labels or more).

Production

Upon ordering, our team get to work on your labels! It is typically 3-5 working days to weave, finish and inspect your order, making sure it's absolutely perfect before being sent to you by overnight courier. If you have an important deadline it's great to discuss this when placing your order, we'll always do anything we can to help!
